Thomas Radebe is the leader and founder of "Iron Sharpens Iron", and other related initiatives. He is one of the most popular and credible Life Coaches and motivational speakers in KwaZulu-Natal.
His traceable record goes as far sessions on national radio stations, Ukhozi, a predominantly isiZulu language national platform with an estimated footprint of 7-million listeners.
Parallel to Ukhozi FM is his role at the regional Gagasi FM, which broadcasts within the province of KZN. Thomas has been quite consistent on both radio stations to a point where the latter entended his session from five minutes to a whopping hour!
He remains a sought-after leadership consultant who frequently receives a requests to deliver talks to corporate organisations and has had the privlege and honour to motivate, consult, capacity-build, offer leadership training, steer and pioneer as well asassociate with various institutions togethers with leaders from many sectors.
Thomas is a member of the Myles Munroe Organisation and has benefited from a professional working relationship/mentorship with Dr Myles Munroe. He enjoys a cordial working relationship with Dr David Molapo's ICAN Foundation. He served as a coordinator for John Maxwell's leadership conference in KZN.
He has served on the Durban Sister City Committe which engages Chicago, New Orleans and the City of Durban. Thomas is an ambassador for "Youth in Agriculture" in the province of KWaZulu-Natal and is actively involved in encouraging agriculture in schools.
He is founder and leader of Ekhaya Christian Fellowship Centre in Umlazi.
Ndabezinhle Mabuya aka “Ndabe” is a South African addiction activist and interventionist.
He is an author and a public speaker, and he is the co-founder of The Good News Company t/a TheGoodNews, a Non-Profit Organization that does addiction and anti-substance abuse education and victim support.
