WHY I STAND OUT FROM OTHERS
  • My programs & interventions are practical, real-life and adaptable. And I stick by your side for as long as you need me to!
  • I am not interested in your pain and failures, I have my own. What I am interested in is how you will turn them to joy and success, and I’ll teach you how!
  • I am part of a group and a community of thriving people who already enjoy healthy living that is drug free. Just do what we do!
  • I am sensitive to the previously disadvantaged and black South African experience. My work and the understanding that I have is personal and self-determined. We do not fail!
  • I know what I am talking about. I have been there and I still am, just differently and in a meaningful way. (I know how to fuck shit up and I know how to undo that)
  • I design my interventions to suit different people’s challenges, different races, ages, sexes, creeds and even stereotypes. As long as you want what we have, you can have it!

Developing and designing a watertight and achievable treatment plan can be tricky.
Usually at this stage people are in denial and change does not come naturally and easily. Treatment plans and their implementation will vary depending on the type of substance, period of use, the individuals state of mind, available support for them and their commitment to their recovery. There are 3 Month, 6 Month, 9 Month & 12 Month packages.
NB: The maintenance pack includes inter alia. . .
 Learning about addiction and how to care for ones-self when they know
 Acknowledge loss of control of one’s life and accepting help as it is and/or comes
 Identifying bad, addictive & destructive habits
 Stopping or breaking bad habits and replacing them with new and good ones
 Setting up a daily/weekly/ monthly plan that is understandable and achievable
 Removing free (idle) time, removing triggers
 Creating a safe and comfortable environment that supports recovery
 Identify and eliminate triggers and learning to avoid/manage them in future
 Gaining self-control, learning to love yourself, and being able to take care of yourself
 Knowing what real self love is
 Learning to live for yourself and not being a people pleaser
 Relapse prevention and staying sober anytime and all the time
 Individual and family counselling. Helping people to reinstate to society.

All individuals are welcome to join a support group of their choice. We have one and we obviously recommend that you join us, but it is optional.
